Bandit opened on Nucleus Ave with one conviction: a café and a bar shouldn't have to choose between each other. So we didn't. By day, we pull espresso and pour pour-over for the people who need their morning to land right. By night, we shake, stir, and serve cocktails made with Montana spirits and a serious respect for technique.
The space is quiet by design — thin lines, open air, nothing shouting for attention. It's a place that lets you hear yourself think, or hear the person across from you. That's the point.
